As I have stated before I'm planning a trip and I would like to know your suggestions. What do you always take to the point with you to make it more enjoyable?
take your own cooler of food and a little gas grill..You'll save big $$$..Fill it with with plenty of food and beverages...Its nice CP has the pavillions in front for that...

What I take (this is a little different than most people, I suspect :) ):
o Plenty of $$$ (taking your own food is a good idea, but to me personally part of the experience is eating the park food ;) )
o season pass ;)
o digital camera (Olympus D340L, old but still good) with 2 or 3 16MB memory cards and a spare charged set of NiMH AA's
o sunglasses
o sweatshirt (usually left in car)
o full change of clothes (usually left in car)
Plus my standard "kit" (goes EVERYWHERE with me):
o Glucose meter/test strips/lancet
o spare insulin pump infusion set (including betadine swab, roll of medical tape)
o insulin pen (in case the pump COMPLETELY fails)
o Roll of Sweet Tarts (tm) (just as good as glucose tablets and *much* better tasting)
I usualy take...
Money
Backpack
Some extra clothes
Usualy a disposable cam.
and this year.....season pass...WOOHOO!

"Welcome back riders, DID YOU ENJOY YOUR FLIGHT?"
US-23 to OH-98 to OH-4 to First Ave. to Causeway Dr.
Oh, that's not what you meant.
Okay, then a cooler full of Coke, my video camera, sometimes my SLR, music for the trip up, palmtop computer, spending cash, change of clothes, and of course, a towel. :)
That's the basic stuff. Other stuff may be packed in the car or wallet, of course. And it's not unusual for me to have my laser pointer, tic tracer, and mini tape measure on me, but that's just part of my usual kit.
My usual kit, of course, is the palmtop, ballpoiont pen, laser, tic tracer, tape measure, penknife, wallet, and keys. Usually when I visit parks, I leave the keys (and sometimes some of the other stuff) in the trunk of the car and attach a key to the car trunk to a belt loop. Saves me from the nightmare of a lost ring of 16 keys...

Dave, do you carry a wallet or a purse? =)
I always take as little as possible so I can maximize my time on rides. At the very most, I'll take a camera, as for extra clothes, I just tie them around my waist. What do I do when I go on Snake River Falls you ask? Well, I just grin and bear it...besides, it's more thrilling when you step off the ride with soaking wet clothes. It's also a very satisfying thing to leave the park and notice your clothes have dried.
I also find it fun to "dry" my clothes on the Blue Streak at the end of the day if I need to. Just take your sweatshirt or whatever and hold it tight over your head and let it fly! Ahh, CP memories.

Welcome back Raptor riders-how was your flight??
I take myself,my family,a camera,extra clothes and about $100
1. Usually I take no more than $30-$40, but this year, I'm going to take some more to get all the on-ride photos.
2. This year I'm taking a disposable camera to get some sweet pics of MF
3. Shorts, shirt, and Colts cap - maybe this year I'll leave the Colts hat at home and buy a MF cap.
PS if you plan on going on Thunder Canyon, don't go on with the clothes you wear all day - big mistake. LOL! I didn't think it was possible to hit all 3 waterfalls!
Speaking of construction luvraptor big delays through the norwalk area for those coming US250 north. It will be closed for 120 days starting april 17th in a small section through norwalk. there is a detour but it is out of the way. To bad i know the shortcuts in norwalk to get around it. Not good for the basket company either. HA HA
I bring myself and big time coaster fans & sunglasses.

2 Words - DRY SOCKS!
If you take nothing else, take some dry socks. There is no way to describe the feeling of putting clean dry socks on your feet after a trip through the water rides, or a sudden Lake Erie downpour!

Agreed.
Heck, I forgot to put it on my list, but I frequently bring a backup set of sneakers, let alone the socks ;)
