SO SAD!

I was so happy that i was getting to go to cedar point this weekend! I live in New York and only go two times a year. We got there, and it was raining a little bit. They were still running everything. So after we got off the magnum, we went to the Millennium Force line. It was closed, and they said that they would open in a little while. We we went and rode as much as we could! We went to the Raptor, and we were the last ride cause they saw lighting! Then, it started to POUR!!! The people i was with wanted to leave! I was so sad i didn't get to ride it! We are planing to go again in a few weeks, so i really hope to ride it then! That was a really bad storm! Was anyone else there that day? And when did it stop?
If it was recently, then yeah it was a pretty big storm. I live a few hours west of CP and it was a fairly bad storm. Sorry about your luck. That's why you should run with the bulls the next time you go.
Yep I was there, um, oh yeah when am I not there. Anyways the rain stopped finally between 6:30 - 7:00 pm, and it didnt return at all that night.

Milly Laps....uh ?
Did they open up all the rides again? Or did they stay closed?
They opened them back up of course. They will operate rides in the rain, as long as there is no thunder or lightning. I think they had to wait 10 minutes after the last thunder or lightning to starte the rides back up.
I'm really sorry about your luck.  I know how you feel, I've been there!  Trust me though, when you return and do finally get to ride it, the experience will mean so much more to you.  Good luck getting back.  I hope everything works out for you.

At the turn of the Millennium, there were signs.
