so is this the "quiet" week?

My daughter and I were at the Point on Wed. and Thurs. (Aug. 21 & 22). Wednesday it was a zoo! Thursday was much quieter but the line for MF never was below 45 minutes. We got ERT both mornings, so we never went on it again after that. Wednesday at Soak City was nuts, but Thursday, it was nice. Double tubes were always available for the rivers, and empty tubes for the wave pool were piled on the "shore."

So to anyone who visited or is visiting the Point this week, please let me know how the lines were. I'm hoping to get season passes again for next summer, and I'm trying to figure out the weeks to visit. Thank you in advance!

Just from past experience, the weekdays prior to Labor Day have been pretty decent. In fact, I always made a trip on the Thursday before Labor Day because of the low crowds. Many kids and college students begin school this week which cuts down on the weekday crowds.

This week is notoriously referred to as Hell Week but the CP folks. The help is back in school but the hours don't change and everything is still open. It is hard to staff and it is a good week to see some of the full time staff members out doing "seasonal" jobs to get through.

I expect the full-timers are not getting a day off this week and likely didn't get a day off last week either.
