The drop is fun but that's a lot of water dumped on your head. But a day like today go for it. If you don't like it your don't ever have to ride it again.
I would go on it. It is pretty fun. But only do it on a really hot day and make sure you bring some clothes to change into unless you want to be soaking wet for the next few hours after riding it.
Snake River Falls followed by Wave Swiger is usually the way I do it. Apologies to the person who its in my swing after me,
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
I change into a swim suit and the do a marathon on all three water rides to get my fill. I suggest you ride before 1 o'clock or after 4 to avoid the longest lines. It will still be plenty hot at those hours.

Going to try Snake River Falls this year, is it worth it?
This kind of question doesn't make any sense. If you're going to ride it regardless, you're going to find out for yourself.

YES! You will love it. Ride in the front to get the full effects of the ride.
But the back you get the first wave of water splashing on you, then get everything that hit the bridge right after.

After Snake River Falls head over to Thunder Canyon so you only have to change once!
Do Thunder Canyon first. That ride uses water straight out of the lake. Snake River has treated, chlorinated water that will help to rinse off that nasty lake water smell.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

also its a better thrill on thunder canyon playing Russian Roulette. Determine the winner by whoever gets least wet.

Sky Hawk also works well to dry you off. Or you can just pay $5 for a family dryer...
I used one of those once because a friend I was with shelled out the money for it. Do not ever waste your money like that. It is a terribly useless device.

That is the best plan!
I personally haven't been on SRF in years because of the sharpness of the water. Is it still as sharp as it used to be?
Last season they took all the water from Snake River Falls and sanded off all the rough edges. It took a few weeks, but it's very smooth water now.
Promoter of fog.
