PointBuzz has been unusally slow latley for some reason and i don't know why. Every now and then it will be fine, but for the past 4 or 5 days it has been really slow when its loading. I know that its not my internet becuase all other site load perfectly fine. Just in case you might think it is, i have WOW cable internet. Has anyone else been having this problem? Is it something i need to fix or something wrong with the website it self? Please help its been really annoying to have to wait 15 minutes just to reply to a post. Thank You!

Welcome to the world wide busy web. I'm not a computer geek but have noticed it gets slow loading during the afternoon-evening hours. This site already had a ton of traffic, then the park decides to remind everyone that they can search the internet for crazy idea's today.
If anything, I thought it was cool that the park gave credit to this and other sites for the creativity of it's users. I also think they are laughing at how off we probably are. If anything they can get an idea of what people are looking for maybe in the future. Or even what they would enjoy without having to go higher in the air!

I've noticed a similar situation in the last 2 weeks or so, but it hasn't mattered when it's been; busy or not. It seems that it get hung up on "waiting for www.burstnet.com..." which, I assume, is where the ads are coming from. It's not every time. About once every 10-25 page loads. Poinbuzz itself loads fine... as soon as it gets done waiting for "BurstNet." I wind up just hitting refresh, and it'll come right up. Perhaps it's a certain ad it's having difficulty with.

Yes, I've seen the delay caused by the ads before, and I keep complaining to Burst about it. Trust me, Burst is not my first choice in ad providers, but every once in awhile they "burst" into a flood of good ads.

Thank God I buy PointBuzz premium! It's only 12 bucks and I don't have to deal with this.

At least this time we know it's the ads causing the problems. One more reason why I plan on getting Premium when I actually have the money to spend.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
