I just went on CedarPoint.com and looked at the Skyhawk webcam. They stop it at a certain point, but if you look at it, the swings look like they are in mid-swing. They are off the ground. Did anybody see them earlier?
I think they stop it for all night, but I don't know when it starts in the morning (the webcam that is) so, hurry!

Wow, it doesn't need any studying or figures. Plain and simple, the crane/forklift thing is/was holding Skyhawk's arms forward for they had some room to pour concrete. This offseason is really dragging out for some of you. :)
