Sky Ride

Tuesday, July 13, 2021 4:11 PM

I have noticed on the cam that Sky Ride shuts down occasionally. I see Giant Wheel running. It seems to be not be due to wind. I also checked the radar at the exact time and there was no rain in the area. Do you guys know what is the reason?

Does Sky Ride shut down for the parade? If so, why? Does it start up again after the parade is over?

I thought we determined awhile back someone keeps pouring hot cheese into the motor and that's why they have so many issues with Sky Ride.

Still haven't been able to uncross these circuits...

The Volkswagen engine won’t start and they don’t have enough staff to turn the crank.

The operation of SkyRide entails having a ride operator at each station pulling that cable in tug-of-war fashion. When one employee takes a restroom break they must stop the ride. (some employees need longer and more frequent breaks than others)
