My friend told me that the sky ride a was closed like 7 years ago or something like that and it was because it fell because the cable snapped.Is this true

he also said it was closed for 4 or 5 years then they fixed it and it opened again hes dad told him all this!

Second that, you friends dad doesn't know what he is talking about. I believe that CP has never had a fatality due to a mechanical failure on a ride.
