Ski show this season?

I don't know if I missed it or not, but has there been any mention of a ski show this year. The reason I ask is because the live shows page of the website doesn't mention it.

I hope they don't plan on leaving an empty staduim within their big new expansion area.

On another note, anyone know how things will go with Mr. Hyde? Is it getting some attention this off season? I assume that it would need a lot of work if it is going to be running this year.

Mr. Hyde is getting some attention, and should be running this year.

As for the water ski stadium, your guess is as good as mine. It's listed on the park map, yet it's not on the show schedule.

I also wonder what's going to happen to Shamu Stadium, it hasn't been torn down like everything else over there...

Anyone know where the Main Amphitheater is? I made another post about the Pat Dailey show at GL, speculating that they may have a number of concerts this year. The show was listed as being in the Main Amphitheater on Pat Dailey's web site, I'm thinking it might be the Shamu Stadium.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

That might be, of course it could also be at the Power City Stage. We'll find out soon, I guess.

Pat Dailey is more likely to do a show on the Power City stage than in the Shamu Staduim. As good as the band is, I think it would be an awfully empty stadium if he were to play there.

That area of the park will most likley not be open to the public and we might even see Phase II construction in that area through-out the summer.

I don't see anything about the ski-show.

I thought both Sea Lion and Shamu Stadiums were history?

ShiveringTim, as did I. But to my surprise when I was at the park today, I saw that one of the stadiums was still standing.

I hope the stadium does get used at some point.

If CF puts the concert in the same location as SF it will be at Ski Stadium. However, I dont know for sure.

A concert in the water ski stadium seems more likely than any other location, now that I think of it.

And yes, Shamu Stadium is still standing strong.

Except for the locals bit*#ing about the noise. A few years ago they had an ozzy osborn cover band playing in the theater near the games area near time warp(name of theater escapes me). That could be where they will hold some of the concerts.

I cant find anything on the ski show, but I thought that I heard somewhere that they were bringing it back this year.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I don't see why they wouldn't bring it back. I mean, that whole stadium would go to waste.

Well, it's not like some other Cedar Fair park utilizes its stadiums to their potential either.
