Single Rider Bob's Grandson

Does anyone know who SRB's grandson is, i always see him riding with Bob, or maybe he is a friend of bob's but he looks like he might be his grandson.

could this be that person that someone said mean streak henry had a grandson? i have seen somone who could be Bob or Henry's grandson riding with them. Henry always gives him snacks. He also seems to ride more with Bob though. He seems to be very shy and doesn't talk much.
