I typically will wear a nice button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up, or a polo shirt if it's going to be hot. At times, I will rock a t-shirt, but not very often.
I do have a "the 21st century began October 1982" T-shirt that I'd wear, because it's so awesome and has the old school EPCOT logo on it :-D.
I don't know about showing off my coaster gear, but I showed off my gear on a coaster one time, almost got me arrested.

Last year I wore whatever. This year I have worn my Diamonback back first rider shirt every visit.
Wait. Were you there on Monday???
Cause if so, I walked right past you, and then turned to my friend and was like "he was the first rider on diamondback" hahaha
"You are NOT going back to your friends in line. I will be monitoring you VERY closely!"
-remember, line jumping is NOT a sport!!-
Or in the first 10,000 riders or whatever it was...
I used to always wear coaster shirts to the park. Now, I will wear whatever is comfortable. Brooks shoes, Cargo Shorts, and a t-shirt of some sort is my typical garb. I will wear the occasional Banshee shirt though ;)

I wear my fanny pack and my jean jacket with all of the patches from roller coasters I've been on. It has strategically placed holes to show off my Cedar Point tattoos. I usually shave the Magnum logo into the back of my head. I also carry my vintage Palm Pilot III with a detailed log of all the rides I've been on.
