Shortest Route to CP

Hi. I've been going to Cedar Point for a while now and have yet to find the absolute shortest path there from Dayton Ohio. Well, not so much the shortest, as the fastest.

I used to go up route 4 all the way, but then I'd run into all these small towns and it was just no good. I've pretty much narrowed it down to going up 75 to either route 12 or a little farther up to route 6.

Where I get confused about which way is best is when I get close and 12, 6, 4, and 2 all start to cross each other. When I go from route 6 I tend to get drawn off path by signs at certain points that have arrows pointing to CP but I'm just not sure which way is best.

I think 12 and 6 join up at some point, so if there's anyone out there who takes this path, how do you get there once you get right near Sandusky? Do you go through town on 6? Head up 4? Take route 2 to Milan and go by Wolf lodge?

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

If you live in Dayton, just take I-75 North to I 80-90 East. From there, take Exit 110 to Route 4 (it'll cost 1.70). Then, take Route 2 East, to US 250 North. Follow the signs from there. :)

Now, if only I knew why the heck I know the toll for the Ohio Turnpike...
