Not starting any rumors here, but simply came across the below link on YouTube by accident and would love to see a wooden roller coaster like this on the land occupied by the defunct Shoot the Rapids. Great job to the person that produced this. Reminds me of Thunderhead at Dollywood. Look at the very last still picture in the video and tell me this coaster would look perfect at Cedar Point.
I know this was posted before. But I can't remember where. It looks like a decent ride, but I didn't design it, so I'm biased. (aka, I would have done Z instead of X... I've been critically analyzing amateur creations since the first RCT.)
Looks like a decent ride for the amount of space they have to work with. It also looks like a ride, like CCMR and Iron Dragon, that young riders will enjoy as well. (I honestly like to see more rides like the old Wildcat / Disaster Transport / Iron Dragon / CCMR. Rides that can young riders can work their way up to Millennium Force and TTD).
I don't know the whole layout to the old Cyclone ride, but would that fit to the old STR site? If there was one ride in Cedar Point history that I could have ridden, one of them would be Cyclone.
