I wonder why they even bother opening for only 4 hours that day. That's really not much time to do anything. I don't even see how they could turn a profit that day. Most people that go will probably be locals and passholders.
Bite your tongue...it has been one of the best riding days of the past few years. :-)

Was there from 5:45 to 7:45. As I was entering early entry, they also started letting in the 6 o'clockers. Most headed for GateKeeper. I never headed to GateKeeper,I rode it enough on Media Day. In the 2 hours there, did MF 4 times(all immediate re-rides),Maverick(pick your seat),Mean Streak, and TTD 6 times. Was a good evening for only 2 hours. Weather was great and park was empty. GateKeeper, Raptor, Blue Streak, Iron Dragon, MF, Maverick, Mean Streak,Magnum, TTD, MaxAir were running.

We were there too. Spent more time walking to the rides than waiting/riding. Awesome night! MF 9x, TTD 7x, GK 4x and Raptor 3x and 1/2 hour at Panda Express with no waits. We left at 0930 since I had to be home to prep for another event for Saturday. Otherwise we would have continued our Raptor marathon until 10pm. BTW Raptor was running 2 trains and only the front and back cars had people riding. WOW! Good times...
