Second Half of GateKeeper

That sad moment when you haven't ridden mantis is so long that you had to look up a youtube pov to remember where the MCBR is.

Yeah it's been since 2004, I was deliberately high-seated by someone on the crew I didn't get along with. Since then I just... no.

It's one of my favorites, next to Mean Streak. (Yes, I know) The brakes are applied on the MCBR (sadly) the figure-8 finale would be more enjoyable if you were going about 10mph faster. It barely makes it to the final brakes sometimes -_-

However it was built in a VERY odd location and had some serious land-lock issues. If the upwards spiral leading into the MCBR had a larger radius, the MCBR could of been easily elevated another 10 ft. The second half of the ride needs to be trim-less, IMHO.

See, I hate Mantis. It's my least favorite coaster in the park (even worse than Mean Streak IMO).

Corkscrew is by far the worst followed by Mantis.

Cedar King, I love Mantis and Mean Streak too. It's rare to find someone who likes both

I would like mantis if it didn't cause so much pressure in my legs.

As for Mean Streak, I like it as long as I'm in the front car and my back is off the seat, haha.

Corkscrew the worst? My how times have changed. I remember Corkscrew's first season. It was the coolest thing in the coast world at the time.

Corkscrew has been the worst since lawyers mucked with it and made them add useless seatbelts.

Like most of CP's seatbelts, Corkscrew's are silly. I still find it's pops of airtime from the front seat to be a redeeming factor that pulls me in for a ride once in a while. Ironically, the corkscrews are the part of the ride I don't like.
