Does anyone know exactly when in the spring the season pass offices will be open?

I haven't gotten my pass in the mail yet. I sent it in in November or December, but I don't think they were going to be processing them until this month or next month.

As for when the season pass center opens, i think the first weekend it opened last year was around April 20th or so.

I have the info written down at work, but I'm pretty sure it opens April 23rd and it's open every day from 11am-7pm until Opening Day!!!

I did a renewal from last year. I sent my certificates in the mail back in the beginning of November and I got my photo ID last weekend.

How do you get a photo ID in the mail? If you do a "renewal" from last year, do they just duplicate your picture if all info is the same? Please advise.

Yes. If you had a pass from last year, and renewed on line this year, you should have received a blue form along with your certificates. You sign the certificates, complete the blue form, and send them back to CP. You get your ID card/pass in the mail with the same picture from the year before (or two years in our case).

I could do the renew by mail thing again this year, but have decided not to. That way I'll get a new picture and have an excuse to go to the park a week or two before it opens.

I just bought a season pass for the fist time and i was wondering how long it takes to get the slips in the mail, then when you go where do you go to get your picture taken? and when you go get your pic taken what do you have to bring?

For those of you playing at home, the Wednesday after Easter is April 23rd.

I'm also new to the whole Season Pass thing and I have a question: I'm looking at the SP mail-in renewal form and they ask to attach the SP certificate. Now, what is that, the certificate? Thanks :)

I'm a bit unsure too, and this isn't the first time I've purchased a pass. :-) I've decided to just call and talk it out with someone who knows what they're doing.

(Too bad Meijer stopped selling their 79.00 certificates.)

I was just curious in all the past years I've never been able to make it to opening day. Does anyone know how bad the season pass booth is on opening day (already have certificate). I'd hate to get there and have to sit an hour or more in line just to get in the park.

Avoid getting your pass processed on opening day like the plague. If you are renewing, do it through the mail. If not, try to make it before the park opens. If you can't do wither of these things, as I hate to say it, consider not going opening day.

What MDOmnis said. The first few years, we made a special trip to CP before opening day to get processed. The last time we had to process in person, we did it in late May on a weekday and had no line.

For BeRt above, the pass processing center is outside the park, just past the Group Sales Office, to the left of the entrances.
