Season passes

Is anyone planning on a gathering to get their season passes?

yeah.. I bet there will be a big crowd in line for them..lol..sorry couldn't resist :)

You mean an official day for GTTP memebers. We should pick a Sunday afternoon and all meet and have lunch at Fridays.

Yes Dan, that's the kind of gathering I was referring to.

Sounds like a great idea, although there really is only one good Sunday - the 29th. The official site said that while they haven't picked an exact date, it will be "during the last week of April". The 22nd is possible, and the next Sunday after the 29th is Opening Day...

Hmmm, I MIGHT be in for a Sunday thing. The 28th is Knoebel's opening, so that's out for CP, but if CP's processing on the 29th...

Like everyone else, I'd rather wait in line then, so as to not waste time on opening day ;)

Sorry Jeff, I don't think I would be the best person to organize it. Maybe someone else will volunteer.

I'm going to get my passes Wednesday the 2nd. Its my only day off of work before the season begins. Oh it's going to be so painful driving for that hour and NOT being able to go into the park. :(

I would LOVE to have just an hours drive, try a 5 hour round trip drive just to get season passes.

B-Town and I are also going through the good ol' 5 hour round trip to get season passes. Oh well, just seeing CP is enough to get me pumped for Opening Day. We will probably be there that weekend of the 28th.

well i live about six or seven hours from Cedar Point so i am going to get my Season Pass at Dorney Park because i live like 2-3 hours away from there and they work at Cedar Point and they are like $40.00 Cheaper....
