Season pass renweal

I see where KI is offering a free (to use in 2014 @ KI) Fast Lane pass with renewals. I'm a little surprised CP doesn't offer something similar, other than a small savings by renewing early. Is this typical, or does CP wait until later to throw in an added 'plus? KI isn't my 'home park', but the offer tempts me to renew there, just for that perk alone, and give me a chance to finally get there to visit. Any thoughts?
