Season Pass pre-opening day processing

Here's a question: I have two friends who need to do Season Pass processing before opening day, and they are first time passholders.... Anyone know when CP starts processing the newbies?

Generally late April. Just keep an eye on the Season Pass info on CP's website. They will post the hours as soon as they are set.

Trying to help you out a little more here, :) , the first Wednesday after Easter will be the first day that the SP center is open, but like OldCPer said, the hours will be posted on the site.

Does Anyone know how soon they send you your pass back if you sent in your form?

It took me 3 months to get mine... others got theirs in a few weeks.

I don't know if I was misinformed or not, but when I called a few weeks back they told me April 23rd was the first day (not the 24th as TTD was told) and they also told me the hours would be 11AM to 7 PM every day until opening day (which OldCPer is saying they are not set yet).

Maybe the person I talked to back then didn't actually know for sure... who knows!?!?

My response was regarding the information on the website. Last year, they didn't provide the pass processing hours until early April on the WEBSITE.

I'm still waiting for my mail in pass to be processed and sent to me. But I didn't sent my certificates in until the beginning of Feb.
