Season Pass Payment Plan Thought

Just occurred to me a day or so ago so I'm wondering if anyone happens to know. When we do the payment plan for a season pass through Cedar Point is that something that would be reported to the credit agencies like a loan or a zero interest store credit card purchase? I would think that if you stiffed them they would likely report it in addition to canceling your pass but what I'm wondering is would having each of my kids buy their own passes on the payment plan now that they are both 18 instead of mom buying all the family passes in one go help build a credit history for them? I forget if their was any language about that in the agreement last time I used the payment plan if it was a totally in house thing or a bank was involved it's been a while and I really don't need to use it this year but I'm trying to come up with ways to help my kids establish some credit to get scores so they can get a credit card without Mommy cosigning. It just popped in my head that this could be a start.

I don't know if it's changed since we last used the payment plan, but I don't recall giving them my SSN when we did.

One of the best ways to establish credit for kids is with a secured credit card say $500 or so.

^^Me neither, that's why I'm thinking it might be an in house sort of thing that isn't reported.

Cedar Fair payment plans are not reported to the credit bureaus.
