Season Pass Payment Plan Question

Hello, I am planing on purchasing a pass tomorrow via the payment plan arrangement thing, but can't seem to find anything pertaining to having to pay it off in full before it can be used. I understand that if that was the case, the pass may be pointless because the season would be half over, but that could be the case with reasons I am unaware of. So, my question is does it have to be paid off to use it? Thanks and any help is appreciated.

No, the point of the payment plan is to allow you to use it while you pay it off, kind of like your car.
