Season Pass Order Question

I bought my MAXX PASS back in November and selected the Print@Home option. I was unable to print it at home at that time so I just figured that as long as I kept the email on file I would be ok. Well today I decided to open up that email to go and print my eTicket, just prepping for my April visit to get my pass. In the email there are three links to register your ticket to be printed. All three links are dead, they actually have been dead for quite some time (at least since January which was the last time I tried to print them). If I bring my a print off of my email to the Pass Center (with ID of course), will I be ok?

Good Luck.

No, seriously, this would be one of the FEW times ever needed to call the admissions department and ask what you should do.

Well it better be ok... I spent almost $200 all together for the Pass with Parking and Joe Cool

Why in the world would did you wait 4 months to resolve this?

To be fair, we haven't printed out our parking voucher yet either, but we at least saved the file to the drive rather than letting it sit in an e-mail.

No, you dont understand. All the registration links are dead, and they have been for a few months now. I was unable to print off tickets at the time because the were dead. I just figured that registration would remain open, since it never stated a time period. I have the original comfirmation email showing that I paid, along with all the information that is needed. They should have me on file somewhere, so I am assuming that it should all go with out a hitch.

I just figured since many of you have been doing Cedar Point related things for years (maybe even working in the pass center) that I could get a honest answer. Letting it sit in an email is just as safe as having it on file, as long as your provider is reliable (which mine is). I have a hard copy always just in case.

Those links in your email are probably dead because they changed to a new online ticketing system after you originally paid for your tickets.

I would seriously call the season pass center on this one. You at least have the email as a "receipt", but now you can't print your tickets.

Hope it all works out ok for you.

long time viewer...first time poster.

I had the same issue, my wife bought me a pass online for my birthday in October, and I lost the printed pass slip. I ended up emailing the season pass center the copy of the email receipt, and they were nice enough to re-print it for me and sent it to me via mail. Was told that they no longer used the old ordering system, but they are still able to access it and print the passes.

hope it helps.

As long as you paid for them and everything you can go to the season pass center and they will reprint your vouchers... depending on the people working you might have to pay a replacement fee... but it depends on the person...
