I am going to the spc this Sunday. Does anyone think it might be busy or am i not going to have any problems. Also does the park charge for parking during their off season for doing this?
I don't remember them ever charging for parking.

They won't charge you for parking. Just tell them you're there to get your season pass.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
I think they charge exorbitant amounts of money for you to park to process your season pass.

Ride on, MrScott!
Im told that the only thing they accept as payment is your season pass voucher, so you better bring two ;).
One of two things could happen:
1. You pay for parking, and get reimbursed once you get the pass and leave.
2. You don't pay.
I'd stick to the safe side and have the cash ready JUST in case.

Lone Ranger,
They are joking, of course they do not charge you. Just in case you were confused. Although, that was kinda funny.
Although it is hard to tell how busy they will be. I am pretty positive it will be slow. All of the hardcore pass holders will be at Kings Island. (not to say that you are not a hardcore coaster maniac. Otherwise, you would not be on this website.) Last year my family went early to get our pass. It was withen the first week of the center being open and they were very slow. I think there was one other family there getting passes. I took like 5 minutes.
I hope that helped
Peace, Mikey
