Season Pass / Joe Cool / Parking Pass Refunds?

Hello everyone,

First off, it has been a sad summer without CP this year. I purchased a regular season pass, Joe Cool Membership, and a Season Parking Pass for the '04 season basically out of habit, as I've had a season passes for 13-14 years. But, I've been busy this summer and have been unable to make it to one of my favorite places.

I saw somewhere on CP's website that you could get a refund for an unused season pass. Can you get a refund for an unused season parking pass or Joe cool certificate as well? If anyone has done this, was it a relatively easy process?

I still plan on getting to CP for a Halloweekend, so I'm just debating if I should redeem everything for a day or two, or if buying a Halloweekend ticket with $10 discount would be wiser.

You can either mail or hand deliver your unredeemed vouchers for a full refund. In either case, they will mail you a check.

Just note that you can *only* receive a refund if you haven't processed your certificates. All of the certificates can be refunded, including parking and Joe Cool.
I think you can refund a processed pass as long as it hasn't been used. I checked my pass and it says on the back: "Refunds on unused passes will be accepted until 11/30/04. Once the pass has been used, no partial refunds will be issued." I believe this means they will check the computer and if your pass has not been scanned at the gate they will refund it.

Ffej: It would probably be cheaper to refund your pass than to use it for just a few days, that's what I would do.

well you have to figure that you'd have to go at leats 3 times to pay for it. And if your going on consecutive days during halloweekends, there are other deals to be had. Probably better to just get the refund.
