I couldn't find confirmation on CP's website for these dates or the previously posted ride nights...

Yes, those dates were shared today at the Ride Warriors Club Christmas Party. Brew and BBQ will go on for several weekends on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (and Memorial Day Monday).

So it's only on the weekends in 2017?

Yes, except for Memorial Day. Its also returning to Frontier Town in 2017 also.
