Saturday nights and Sunday mornings???

how bad do you all think the lines will be in general on Saturday night between 8 and 11 pm and Sunday mornings(or all day Sunday for that matter)? i may have to rearrange my early June trip to accomodate a potential employer and it would have to be Saturday night/Sunday/Monday...of course, the temptation to just say "I have a previous engagement that i can't get out of" is HUGE, but just in case...

I would not go then. Probably long waits. I can pretty much guarantee no short lines or walkons. Try for the middle of the week. You will enjoy it alot more.

i know, i want to go mid-week...but if it means i have to turn down an absolute DREAM JOB, i would have to capitulate and go on a weekend...there aren't too many jobs in the Chef biz that have no weekends and out by 6 pm during the week...
