Sandusky Area

I've been offered a house to buy in Sandusky, does anyone know what the area is like. It is sited near West Monroe Street. I am from London ,England and would be using this as a holiday home but obviously want to know what the streets are like.. Please can anyone help?

Monroe Street is a few miles long and runs through a variety of neighborhoods. Do you know the name of a cross street?

That's a pretty typical Sandusky neighborhood. There are a lot of historic homes in that area. It's not high-end, but not the slums either.

I'm going to be in town this weekend. I can't promise anything, but if you send me a private message or an e-mail with the address, I might be able to swing by and take a picture for you.
