I think this will make the Breakers entrance an awful lot more popular.  I wouldn't be at all surprised to see it expanded a bit.

I heard the Breakers gate doesn't open right when the park opens. And the Marina Gate is only for marina people.

Neither.

The national anthem plays and all four gates open simultaneously at the end of the anthem.  Last year, I used three different gates at opening -- twice at the marina (we were staying at the Breakers and I took the shuttle around), once at Oceana and once at Magnum.

You might be surprised to find that the Breakers gate is gonan get pretty crowded reall yfast. You're not hte first person to think of it obviously.

I'm putting my money on the marina gate to still be nice and quick. Alot of peopel are going to use the BReakers gate to get to it. It'll be like Raptor with the main gate.. they walk in and head to the nearest large ride..

I've only been through the Breakers gate once, but it'll be interesting to see if it can handle this "rush" of people in it's current state.  Am I wrong in saying that it has fewer actual entrance points than any of the other gates?

I can't run like I used to, so I'll just make sure to hit the ERT days with my Joe Cool Club when I want to ride Twister. And not being an impatient youngster who simply MUST ride the new one asap, I'll take advantage of shorter lines for the other coasters instead.

on the 2nd day i went, we went to the enrance by the water park and ran 2 MF... faster, and u get different views of the park when it's not awake...

Mark my words...

I've already predicted that the gate between Ocean Motion and the Oceana stadium would be relocated for 2002, moved further into the park and rotated slightly so that it angles towards Schwabinchen instead of facing the Marina Gate. That will make for a larger plaza outside that gate. Also, since the gate will have to be rebuilt in its new location, there may be traffic changes there as well.

Personally, I have a feeling that they're going to set things up so that the entrance for Wicked Twister is closer to the main gate anyway. But that's just a guess.

I don't think they open that gate right when the park opens, nobody is around. I also heard that they are going to stricken up on the people who use the Marina Gate, I guess the boasters complained to much.
