RT 2 exit?

I asked this early this year, and being absentminded i am asking yet again.

Coming south from detroit on I-75, i have to get on 280 to pick up route 2 right?

Last time we seemed to mess ourselves up and end up about 30 minutes out of the way.

Yep. I-280 to Rt. 2. Personally, I prefer going one exit further to Rt. 51, taking it east a few miles until just past the Woodville mall, then jumping on 579. Sadly though, 579 is closed until near the end of the month.

Hey Wiggum, where do you end up at going SR. 579? I'm from Toledo also and always take SR.2 to 101. I would like to take a differant way to see but I know my way and don't get lost, and know what time to leave ......

Is there any major construction on SR2, or the Ohio Turnpike? Or even on (SR?)250? I know Interstate 280 thru Toledo may cause some delays. Any other delays that someone may know of?

579 comes out onto Rt. 2 just a few miles before the nuke plant. It's a lot faster than going through Oregon becuase you have a higher speed and no stop lights.
