Rolling Through the Years Book

Just to let everyone know a copy of the Limited Edition of the Rolling Through The Years: A Cedar Point Atlas & Chronology just went up on EBay.

Bull, yes most definitely think before you speak. Ken is an awesome man and he worked very hard on this book to get it published. He poured his heart, soul, and sweat into this book as well as the great people at P & D who designed the cover. I absolutely love my book. I remember when I ordered it, I would watch the mail constantly waiting excitedly for it to arrive. The first time my parents & brother saw the book, they were amazed, with how awesome it is, as am I. My parents & brother had a fun time going through it year by year. So all of that being said, a job well done for Ken & the P & D Team. And Bull btw; just an fyi, I have my book proudly displayed on my coffee table where it should be and will always be.

Just a quick heads up that we are working on the 2nd edition of "Rolling Through The Years: A Cedar Point Atlas & Chronology. Scheduled release date is Winter Chill 2025. Looking at the same format as the 1st edition (12"by18", hardcover), but this will be about 40 pages longer and with 300 more images.

Just a heads up that Rolling Through The Years: A Cedar Point Atlas & Chronology is almost here! It was printed in Asia (I know, no choice on our end), and was put on the boat last week. Shipping across the Pacific, customs in LA, truck to Ohio, means we expect it late April.

The game plan is to have a book release/signing on April 24th at the Merry-Go-Round Museum in Sandusky. More to follow on that. After the release Cedar Point will get them for their online store and in-park stores. Amazon will have them later.

Thanks everyone for all your patience!!

Actually we are now going with May 1st as the release date. Still at the new Downtown Sandusky Cedar Point Museum/Merry-Go-Round Museum.

Quick update on the 2nd edition of Rolling Through The Years: A Cedar Point Atlas & Chronology...

Release date is May 1st. Friday evening (5-9) at the Merry-Go-Round and Downtown Sandusky Cedar Point museums. Free admission to both museums and free rides on the carousel. Ken (the author) will be there to sign the books and share stories.

After May 1st the Maritime Museum and the Wild Thistle store (in the Marketplace) in Sandusky will also have the book in stock. Cedar Point will have the books opening weekend but we don't know which stores will have them. Last time it was the Hotel Breakers gift store, Park Plaza, and Pagoda.

Online through 1870PublishingGroup.com mid-May then Amazon in June. Suggested retail is $125.

Looks like I know what I will be getting at the Breakers Gift Shop when I arrive around noon on the 8th!
