Roller Coaster Pictures

Ok, I know you're not supposed to and all that, but people take pictures on rides all the time, I have a great one from the top of the first hill on the Gemini. Just wondering any other rides you've taken pictures on and share them if you can scan them! :)

I have at least one picture on each ride .The best one that i have is 2nd hill of MF ,looking at the mantis it came out perfect.

wood stand for...Wood Out Of Date.. sledding is the only thing that is close to cp in the winter the way i put it six flags needs more parks to keep up with the one and only cp :)

Haha, I don't think I'd chance video taping my ride for fear the camera would break... I usually use disposables, I'd love to try a picture on MF, thanks for the idea, I mean.... shame on you ;-)

Picture taking is prohibited. You are required under Ohio Revised Code to follow instructions on a ride. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor.

Posts pertaining to violating the law are not allowed under the site TOS.

Just because it's prohibited doesn't mean that we can't talk about it. People can tell others of which rides they have done it on. Whether they get ridiculed for this is their problem. As long as the person posting isn't trying to get other people to take pictures on the rides, there really isn't anyhting wrong with asking about it.

As an employee i got in a little hot water for taking pics of some freinds on the BS. The ride op knew me and just told me to put the camera down because of the obvious safety hazard!

Hey Tekguy, one thing, do you put your hands up on rides?,Well im sure you do did you know that was not allowed?....Please keep HANDS ARMS and feet INSIDE the train at all times.Every one I know breaks that rule.

What should be in the TOS, TekGuy, is abstaining from posting replys which stray from the origianl topic. Now that's irritating.

Jeff does have some on-the-ride pics on here, including one from Wildcat, one from Blue Streak, two from Mean Streak, and one from Magnum. I'm sure he probably got permission from the park since he is more than just a rollercoaster fanboy smuggling a camera on the ride. Besides, Jeff is very strict about copyrighted photos and illegal photos on his site, including the ones taken of Dragster by someone trespassing through the park.
