Rock Climbing Wall

I stand to be corrected if I am wrong, but I understand that there is a $6.00 charge to climb this wall. I don't know about anyone else, but I saw this thing and it is certainly not worth dishing out 6 bucks for. Also, if CP is going to charge extra for this thing, should it not be in challenge park? I hope that these extra charge activities do not become too commonplace in the park, admission prices (even with coupons) should cover all activities in the park except arcade games!

and who wants to pay $38 to sit in an arcade?
you are right, but that arcade sure comes in handy when one of those rain storms blows in

You and I may have better ways to spend $6, but on Sunday the climbing wall was drawing a considerable crowd...of climbers. Each of them paying $6. I'm afraid I can't argue with logic like that. Furthermore, the wall actually looks good at the end of Camp Snoopy.

Hey, I climbed the Wall. I was staying at Breakers Express a they put a coupon sheet in the rooms. There where coupons for the Go-carts (free ride), "Ripcord" ($5 off), "Miniature Golf" (free game), and "The Wall" (buy one get one free).

I wouldn't mind paying it if there was actually a point. Why not give away a prize for making it to the top?

Dispatch Master, This is Transport one! I'm losing control, I'm losing control!

I just wonder why they didn't put it in Challenge Park... That is somewhat of a challenge don't you think? I am sorry if this ahs been discussed I was jsut wondering.

I fear extra-pay attractions taking the place of regular rides. Look at SFearthquake and Pirate Ride. I'm sure there were numerous reasons for their removal but turning the areas into gift shops and arcades is an easy way to boost profits with very little expense.
Challenge Park is another example. CP could have used the space to expand the amusement park but instead chose to make a grouping of extra-pay and pay dearly attractions. I understand that the bottom line for Amusement Parks and any other business is to make a profit but there is no excuse for greed
