That's about right. The crew is doing a great job keeping things moving.
When we first got there yesterday, we were told 2.5 hours for our first ride, which wound up running around 1:45. Jen and I were in the park, on Maverick twice, and had a pretty long meal at Chick-Fil-A with some of the guys from here, and were still out in just over 4 hours.
Not too shabby for a ride's 3rd day of operation, no?
Josh
Yes i rode Maverick 4 times yesterday and every time it said 2 hours and every time it ended up about a 1:15 wait.. ( except for in the morning the line was a little longer). *** Edited 5/29/2007 8:52:24 PM UTC by Jerreus***

Ride on, MrScott!
I would say yesterday they were loading 2 trains every 2 minutes or so...
So that calculates out to:
24 x 30 = 720 riders per hour
That makes sense to me because they handed out shirts until about 1:30 yesterday.
720 x 4.5 = 3240
And they had a bit of downtime for train transfers that cut down that number some.
