That is absolutely unacceptable these days. I know some people who don't even have a computer and only use their phone. Some of my friends that I go to Coastermania with will be going on vacation next week and if the tickets go on sale next week, their only option will be to buy it with their phones. I hope they don't sell out before they can get to a computer. I wish they would just update their awful website. I'm pretty sure I read there is a new website coming, will probably be closer to when the season starts.

Or they could ask a friend who has a desktop computer, or they could go the public library and use one of the computers...
I'm a Marxist, of the Groucho sort.
I bought WCO tickets on my low-ish range LG smartphone without any issues at all. I can force the android browser and Firefox to "display site in desktop mode" and its worked for practically everything. Its in the settings menu.
^^ But they shouldn't have to. Every site on the internet should be compatible with any device that can access the internet, period. I know it may take some work to make that possible. I could give a pass to a small business with limited budget, but a company like Cedar Fair should be able to get that done, it's just unacceptable to me.

^ so you're saying that I should be able to use video streaming sites on a 3DS? Impossible.
CP Top 5: 1) Steel Vengeance 2) Maverick 3) Magnum 4) Raptor 5) Millennium
I was mainly referring to smartphones and tablets. And I think you can use Youtube on a 3DS (I'm not familiar with the 3DS so I don't really know). They don't even use Flash anymore for Youtube. HTML5 should work on just about anything as long as the browser is up to date.

Well, the ticketing site that CP uses seems to have a dedicated mobile component to it. It must be some misconfiguration that gives the no packages found error on the mobile site but not on the desktop site for the Ride Warriors Club.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Details were just posted about upcoming Ride Warrior events:

I'm not in the club, but I'm a little surprised about the video experience on GateKeeper. They are not guaranteeing that all members will get to have a video recorded. Plus, members must bring their own microSD card to store the video.
Shouldn't the $120 membership fee cover things like that? And I understand that it may take some time to capture the video considering only 1-2 seats will have the camera, but why not just block off that row until everyone gets theirs?

I'm in the RW club and I would not expect that the park provide a microSD card. I would agree that it would be nice to let everyone get a video who wants it. Ill be at the Sunday MF event but will miss the Gatekeeper video. Work gets in the way of fun sometimes.
So far, I have enjoyed the RW club experience. Last Saturday's ERT on Millennium Force was great along with the opportunity to hang with Rob Decker. They also had coffee and donuts (passed on the donuts though).
