Ride and Slide Tickets

What is your opinion of the current system of Ride & Slide tickets? Are they difficult for you to understand or use? What, in your opinion, would make them better or more convenient?

I like 'em, and understand 'em, but I also read enough of the on-line literature to get there.

As a combo passholder, I use them primarily as my "guest ticket". When I bring a friend to the park, I give them one half of a ride-n-slide; it's cheaper and offers more flexibility. If we want to hit soak city when it gets hot, we can; if not, we don't. All for $30 (since I buy mine at AAA for $60 per.) I suppose I might get "stuck" with a half at the end of the year, but then I'll just have to get one more person to the park. ;)

Before I was pass-enabled, I used them for our family trips; if you are using both parks, you need to go more than four times for the combo pass to pay off relative to two ride-n-slide passes, and we've only recently started coming that often.

I miss the ability to convert an unused SC ticket to a CP ticket in the Fall.

How could you not like these? They are such a great deal. Its like buying a one day ticket to CP and Soak City but get another day.
