Are the CP resort ID cards still those flimsy paper ones this year? I seem to remember reading somewhere that CP was exploring or planning on using the same type of 'all in one' card like Disney or on cruise ships.

Ride on, MrScott!
Not sure the post above answers your question. But yes, the Resort cards are the same as they have been in the past.
Good to know they are going to be rid of them at some point, those paper ones are terrible. Then again, I never charge anything to it and I can't remember the last time they actually checked them for early entry so maybe it isnt that big a deal after all.

I am actually suprised that they never thought of using the hotel keys at the id's. All i ever used the id for is early entry. Why not if you show a room key for the hotels they let you in. I also thought of this that since the season passes are all databased now, why cant they integrate your stay time onto your pass and when you scan is says resort guest or something. You think that would be easier.
