My best guess would be no. The wesite says the cups are reusable throughout the season at Cedar Point or Soak City. Are the KI cups exactly identical to the cups they sell at CP? If so, I suppose you could do it, but I doubt they are identical.
That's what I figured. They are not the same cups, therefore, they are only good for refills at the park where you purchased them.
On a related note, will someone please point out to Them that a dumbell-shaped cup is a really dumb idea for frozen drinks?

Does anybody know if CP changed the refill policy this year? SFGA has changed theirs!! You can ONLY get the current years cup refilled. The cups this year say SFGA 2008. It is crazy to ask people to buy a $12 cup every year. I was just wondering if this was an industry wide thing or just a STUPID move by 6 Flags.
I'm thinking $12/season for a refill cup isn't such a bad deal. I'm not sure I'd expect any park to let me use a refill cup indefinitely.
The only problem is that, after that, the refills are still quite a bit of money... If buying the cup for a little more meant cheaper refills, sure, but otherwise... :(
What do the new maverick cups look like this year? Are they still $8.95? It looks like it in the subway menu photo here on pointbuzz. Do they offer any other refillable cups this year?
Like the dragster ones? anyone have a picture?

It's not crazy when your goal is to make money.

Anyone know if the refillable cup and Icee thing I bought at KI is usable at CP?Thanks.
FYI, I spoke with the cashier at the Icee place today and she didn't think it was a problem to use the KI cup.

The large cup has Spongbob on it, and the Icee cup is the same shape but says KI instead of CP.
The cup isn't the same. The cup here has the Icee bear on it, while the Icee cup at KI has Spongebob, so that is a definite no on your question.
ask me for my facebook.

It is if they want to leave a good impression on the consumer. With the food and drink prices being the highest in the industry that’s not helping out the greatest consumer experience.
What is the refill policy? You buy an expensive cup and then get free refills? Or do you still have to pay for your refills, but at a cheaper price?
