Those prices don't look bad to me considering I am in a 3/2.5 townhome in South Florida that is worth $225,000. It is all relative I guess.
Even if I had the money I'm not sure I would want to live on the chausee. It is a nice place for a summer home but can be brutal during the winter.

I wonder if any of those homes belonged to Daniel Keller or other departing CP management?
Mr. Keller does not live on the Chausee.
.. and I've actually been in house #1.. hehehe
Friend of mine used to live there. Parents must finally be moving. *** Edited 3/11/2005 11:28:35 PM UTC by Red Garter Rob***

Wow. Everyone told me that homes on the Chaussee were expensive. Those prices aren't that bad for waterfront property. If you would like to see high prices, check out near where I go to school in Newtown, Greenwich, and Fairfield Connecticut. The same ammount of money will get you a house about 2/3 the size and not on the water in Newtown. Even less in the other towns.
