IF your hoping for a millie train you aren't going to get one for a while, CD is only making B&M models for a reason, OTHER COMPANY'S TRACK IS TOO HARD TO REPLICATE. Eventually they will try other manufactuers. Also don't think mantis will be made, it won't CD will not be doing Stand-up or Flying yet. They also don't plan on it either.

^ I was talking about the desktop model/paper weight of MF.

I cant see paying $80 for that. But thats just me.

I should have never read this thread. I just visited the site and bought the MF model as well as the woven afgahn with Wave Swinger and Corkscrew. I had my eye on it a few times this season when I saw it at the Emporium but never dished out the $60 for it. Now winter is coming and I can stay nice and warm while reminiscing about the fun at CP during the summer (because you can't do that with blankets that don't feature CP attractions.) ;)

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
I have to agree that the MF model is really awesome. Danbury Mint released them and the detail is flawless, even I dished out the $80.00 for one :)
I found out Dorney is selling Talon and Hydra models online so naturally just had to buy both! There went $81.00 and the parks are closed! Hopefully all the colors are correct on both (unlike Raptor's large supports) and I wont have to do any painting myself! :)

It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that?
Got my Talon and Hydra models from Dorney yesterday. Pretty cool except Hydra has the baby blue support rail thing going on like Raptor did! Obviously using the same rails for both!
Nothing alittle green paint didnt fix! :)

Hey everyone. We will be sending more Raptor models to the park in a few weeks. You will be able to buy them online for Christmas. Our molders did miss the color on the supports, unfortunately. We will get that fixed on the next batch for 2008.
The park sold out of the first shipment in 2 days. This is encouraging for us and has prompted us to have a rapid prototype made of MF that we are showing at the IAAPA show this week. We will post pictures soon. This model will be strictly static and should sell for less as a result (hopefully). If anyone has any missing parts or issues with these models, please contact us directly, as we will be happy to help. Any feedback or input is also welcome. Thanks.
