haha I don't have the slightest problem with slack on the Raptor. In fact the Ride Op at the station usually has to push and squish me into the seat before i can secure the belt lol Im sure they love people like me! this year I had to take the walk of shame off MF. really embarrassing, hopefully no more. that (in part) has inspired me to loose weight and get in shape. Ive joined a Gym and lost 10 pounds in two weeks.. great start I think. June or July when I make my way to the park I should easily be able to ride again!

Not unless they change the belts on us again. I've been the same size for years. Had absolutely no problem on MF or TTD in 2010 0r 2009. But, in 2008 i feared I would have to talk the walk of shame, but I just got it clicked. And like I said my weight fluctuates up and down 5lbs.

yea... they are doing a lot of work in the off season to the MF trains.... are they totally new or are they just putting new wheels on them?

anyway I'm hoping to lose a lot of weight, been wanting too for years. so I shouldn't to have a problem.

They do a lot of off-season work on every train on every coaster. They are pretty much taken apart and necessary parts are switched out or refurbished. That really has nothing to do with the size of the seat belts. They will replace warn out seat belts but they will most likely be the same size.

I know that happens every season, but I and many guys my size have very good reason to believe the seat belts on MF have been shortened in the past for whatever reason.

I've had a "Snug" fit and On Alpie and Raptor they have actual gotten tighter.

I have noticed that too. I think it could just possibly be the incline of the lift that when you are holding onto your harness I slightly pull on it, and I am fully sitting back due to the incline of the lift that my shoulder harness can get one more 'click' on it. Same for Mantis too for me
