Raptor Lift Chain

Ok, Exactly how is Raptor's lift chain routed?... Does it go back over the top of the track from the top of the hill to get to the bottom? I imagine it goes something like that. Thanks for your help, I can't find this anywhere!

Obviously it goes back down above itself, right above the track. It couldn't possibly go under, I mean the train would hit it!

Thats what I thought, I just never see it or I didn't know if it was routed some weird way like inside the spine of the track...Thanks anyway!
