Radisson - off season?

Could be my mind playing tricks on me - but hasn't the Radisson Bay Harbour in the past offered insanely low off-season rates to CP season pass holders?  Something like $49 a night - I've looked around their web site, called Radisson central reservation, searched here, etc., but no luck.  Perhaps it's been discontinued, or maybe its my wonky memory - but does this ring any bells with anyone?
