Radio Advertisement

I was listening to Rush Limbaugh today on Cleveland WTAM 1100 AM, and during a commercial break there was an advertisement for the Ohio Energy Commission. At first I thought it was a CP commercial that was very early for the 2001 season. They said in this commercial "which is funner, flying down the world's tallest roller coaster from 300ft. high at 92 mph or looking for a cheaper energy supplier?" They used the sounds of screaming on a coaster in the background while talking about how you can save money on energy, but not one thing was said about CP. I then began to think it was a partnership promotion that if you switch to a different supplier you get free tickets to CP or something. But there was no promotion and no mention of CP. Did anyone else hear this commercial before?
