"Quoting" in CP Place

Could someone please tell me how to use the "quote" function in these forums, as in the *line*John Doe said: bla bla bla*line*

First you have to press quote on the person's post. Then the text will pop up in the box at the bottom of the page where you type. Then edit the text to what you want and there you go.
