"Quote of the moment"

What ever happend to the quote that used to be on the homepage? It's been some time since I've been frequent to GTTP and CP Place. Although the one quote seemed to have been on there for a very long time. Remind me what it was!

OMG I had totally forgotten all about that! I am only guessing here but the last quote I can remember was, "what time does the 10:00 laser light show start?" It has been a long time since we've had it!

It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that? :)

"Cedar Point - it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick."

If I remember right, it was attributed to spewey.

The only thing other than CP that Steelers and Browns fans agree on

"Cedar Point - it's better than a hot stick in the eye!"

And I remember another one was "MF is really running smoothly now. The new wheels have made a great ride even better."

Why isn't the quote on the homepage anymore, I thought it was cool.

Das RUCKUS baby. Ruckus.

The laser light show was mine (although I was definitely not the first person to say it). I really posted that as a joke in a thread while other people were trying to get the quote with long thought out posts. :)

What is most anticipated event of 2003? the debut of Dragster, the release of Metallica's new album, the release of Terminator 3, or the release of Matrix:Reloaded...tough call.

That's almost as funny as the time my mom called a 24 hour Walgreens and asked what time it closed.

"The greatest leaders don't take credit for their actions; they don't have to."

i love pugsley!

I think they should put GP quotes on the homepage.

"Yes, it is true that Magnum is 600 feet, but Millennium Force is at least 1,200."

Actually, I was on the Dania Beach Hurricane once and this local kid sitting next to me was telling me that it was his first time on a roller coaster but he had heard of many others. "Yeah, have you heard of that Superman roller coaster? It the tallest one and it goes 1,000 feet high..." I just looked at him and said, "1,000 feet? Wow! That's amazing!"
