Quick question about season pass lines.

Hey I have a quick question about the lines for processing my season pass. I know the park opens on the 10th, but my brother and I are planning on going on the 12th, and I was wondering if the line for the pass processing will have any wait at all because I dont want to wait for that but gas is so expensive I cant afford to make a trip up in April to get it. So is it a good idea to get it on May 12????

May 12th should be fine, its a Monday. The line will be the longest on the 10th, and still long on the 11th as the locals come in, but Im willing to bet your line (if anything) on the 12th will be shorter then on the next Saturday.

Monday "should" be virutally empty as in past years. So you shouldn't worry about a line. But if your really worried about a line, just get there before the park opens and you'll get a good place in line......IF there's one.

I also have a question about season pass processing. I'm going on the 10th and I'll probably get it processed that day. If I buy a parking pass, do I have to pay for parking that day since I won't have a pass yet?

Likely, yes, although, with proof of parking payment, you may only be required to pay the difference in price.

Or if you already have the voucher, simply give it to the parking attendants, they should be able to scan it and let you in.

Isn't that code specific to purchase, not to the code on your pass?I would first ask Cedar Point directly (via email or phone) or ask a toll assistant at whatever toll you get.

If you have the pass prior to your arrival (purchased online), they'll likely just verify that you have it and let you through. If you're buying it upon your arrival, you'll likely be charged for parking, in the method I mentioned above.
