Quick Question

Last year, I took my Cedar Point souvenir cup to Kings Dominion, and after a short discussion at guest services, they honored it as a usable souvenir cup. A few months later, I did the same thing at Dorney Park, and the people I talked to there wouldn't let me use the same cup.

This year, I may be going to Kings Dominion before I get up to Cedar Point. Will I need a cup for each park, or am I okay only buying one from Kings Dominion, and using it at Cedar Point?

My understanding was that they, along with the platinum pass benefits, are to be honored across each park. Buying my platinum pass at Cedar Point doesn't stop me from having early entry at say, Kings Island.

I believe that you are safest by purchasing a souvenir cup at every park.

Since no one on this website sets policy at any of the parks, you're better off contacting each park you plan to visit to get an answer.

My niece tried using her Mi Adventure cup at CP last year and I think they told her refills were 1.99 (can't remember exact amount, but it was more than the CP cup refills), and it took them awhile to decide that at the counter and no one really seemed to know.
And maybe they only did because she was a little 10 year old girl staring at them with just a few dollars haha :)
So you could bring the cup and try it, but the refills may be slightly more than the CP cup refills.
