Question on Skyscraper loading??

Usually these rides are not my "cup of tea", but I'm getting better at riding more of these upcharge bunge-esque type of flats, which for me are nothing like coasters at all, which don't bother my marginal fear of heights.

But anyway, my question is when loading onto Skyscraper, if you are already on and two other people are loading, are you at the very top during that entire loading process?!?

I'm guessing you are, which I can't say in my position I would be a huge fan of, but are you at least in a regular seated position at this time? (as opposed to hanging upside for however long the other people's loading takes??)

I'm really hoping to ride soon as most people have claimed this is the "scariest" flat in existence, but I'm not sure how the loading works for people already on, and if no one else rode in the other pod would there even be this loading dilemma I speak of??

Yes, you're at the top during loading, but I'm sure you're
in an upright position. I'm sure it'll still be pretty
sketchy bein up that high for any period of time. Especially
since the unloading and loading of passengers is gonna make
the thing rock and sway quite a bit. I'm not real big on
heights either but I can't wait to ride it. I have a fear
of heights but there's still nothing I won't ride. I know,
that doesn't make much sense.

How long is the ride? Anybody?

The ride will spin for 4 revolutions in one direction. It will stop with people at the top, new people will get on, 4 revolutions in the other, it'll stop and new people will get on etc.

I believe its going to be about 3 minutes a ride.

Wouldn't it have to be 3.5 or 4.5 revolutions? Otherwise the same people end up at the bottom.

Yeah, it will end up being 4.5 total in each direction.

No, that makes sense to me since I'm very similar in that I still pretty much ride anything despite a fear of heights.

However, based on the responses it would stand to reason that if nobody else was riding on the other end then my pod would load, we would get our spins, and then get off without any loading!!

That would be sweet to be sitting up on top when they unload/load skyscraper at the bottom.:) To think of the view you'd get there: waving at people over on magnum's lift hill, soak city, go karts, etc.

There aren't any bars to hold on to.

Those two seats look awfully lonely when they are way up top. I'm looking forward to seeing just how lonely they are sometime in the next few days. :)

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

You are stopped at the top but not up-side-down. The seats flip freely, so they don't flip until the ride is going full speed.
