Question on Po!nt Strategery

Hey, I've read forum posts and your guide about doing all the coasters in a day. And I was wondering if I'm nuts. I figured you folks seem sane enough to tell me so here it goes.

I'm a season pass holder at Valleyfair and I usually ride the rides from least thrilling to most. (I.E. Mad Mouse to High Roller to Corkscrew to Excalibur to Power Tower to Wild Thing) And I was wondering if this can be done on a Monday at Cedar Point? Reason for this plan is so my ride on Blue Strak wouldn't be numbed down after I get off the Force.

Any advice here would be swell.

P.S. I didn't know exactly how to spell strategy in Bush lingo, but that was my best shot

ANYWAYS! My recommendation? Work from the back of the park to front, then again to the back, and again to the front, etc., etc., etc. The simple reason is the GP works their way from front to back. Magnum is a virtual walk-on for the first hour of operation.

Heres my take on this..YES it can and has been done many times by many of us on this site but this time of Year you gotta be nuts to try!! Its the middle of peak season and the additional crowds coming in from the Discovery show are still hitting the park I would imagine.

However with the way CP is laid out and the incredible amount of coasters, I don't think you want to do the least wild to most wild strategy..Too much extra time and walking wasted...

Heres my order to maximize time if I was trying this and non experienced...1st to last...

1.Millennium Force (before the lines get long)
2.Mantis (your right there and everyone is in line for MF)
3.Iron Dragon
4.Blue Streak
5.Raptor
6.Demon Drop
7.DISpatch mASTER Transport
8.Power Tower
9.Corkscrew
10.Magnum
11.Gemini
12.WoodStock Express
13.Mean Streak
14.White Water Landing
15.Mine Ride
16.Snake River
17.Thunder Canyon
18.Wildcat

That actually sounds like a real good plan, especially since you can hit all 13 coasters.

OK, so I'll be there Aug 12 or 13 (Sunday or Monday) and I need to know which day is usually LESS crowded and if this strategy will still work me... or if I need to go BOTH days to enjoy everything.

In my experience, Sundays are much less crowded than Monday. On a side note, days I arrive at the park when it opens, I've NEVER had a problem hitting all the coasters, plus rerides by 10 pm.
