Question About Wicked Twister Constrction

As I was looking at the construction pics for VooDoo over at Dorney, I was wondering when Wicked Twiser was being built, did they install the LIM on the track first, like their doing on VooDoo or did they install them after the construction of the station? I just thought that was weird that their installing the LIMs on first on VooDoo.

The LIMs were already attached to the track when it was put into place.

Hopefully one of these days I'll upload my cache of WT construction photos.

Oh, well look at that. :) This is why one of these days we need to clean up those galleries and get things tagged. It gets a little tough when there are thousands to go through.

Jimmy Hoffa is buried under Wicked Twister.....I saw his hand one day when the wind was blowing the sand away from the ride.

Yeah...and I'm actually Leonardo DiCaprio.

Anyway Jeff, those are some pretty nice pictures. For some reason I always enjoy the views down the middle of a twisted section of box track.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

I wanted to climb into that track in the worst way, but Janice wouldn't let me. :)

You know, Jeff, I can almost imagine a jungle-gym type thing made out of Intamin box track. ;)
